The enquiry builder runs in your browser. Hosting and email delivery still involve service providers, so this page explains those boundaries.

Controller and contact
Coopanio OÜ, registry code 16225929, is the controller for business enquiries and personal information processed on its behalf to provide this site. Visits, hosting and security cookies
This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service, using hosting and security infrastructure that includes Cloudflare. Delivery and protection may involve your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser or device information. The live host also sets Cloudflare’s __cf_bm bot-protection cookie; Cloudflare describes it as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Coopanio’s site code includes no advertising, behavioural analytics, tracking pixels or browser-storage features. This is not a claim that the hosting platform keeps no logs or uses no security cookies. Coopanio does not control the host’s operational logging retention; platform processing and transfers are described in OpenAI’s Sites terms (external link), its privacy information (external link) and Cloudflare’s cookie documentation (external link). Coopanio does not add a separate visitor-analytics integration.
Enquiry builder and email
Typing into the builder does not send its contents to Coopanio or a website backend. Opening a draft hands the prepared text to your email application. Copy actions write text to your clipboard only when you choose them. The builder does not save your fields in browser storage.
If you send an email, its text and contact details are processed by your email provider and Coopanio’s email provider to deliver, store and handle the correspondence. Coopanio uses this information to reply and assess the proposed work, on the basis of legitimate interests in business communication. When you personally request steps towards a contract with you, the pre-contractual basis may apply. Contractual and legally required record-keeping may apply to a resulting engagement.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is kept while needed to handle the request, any follow-up and a potential engagement. Contract, invoice and dispute records are retained for the applicable legal obligations and claim periods. Retention is assessed against those purposes; you can ask about the records and applicable retention criteria for a particular enquiry. Hosting log retention is determined by the provider, not by the form.
Information is used for correspondence and, where relevant, agreed work and administration. Delivery, hosting and professional-service providers may process information needed for those purposes; disclosure may also be required by law. Avoid credentials, private code and sensitive personal information in initial enquiries. No marketing subscription is created by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Coopanio using the addresses above. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) (external link) at info@aki.ee, or another competent supervisory authority, including where you live or work.
External links and changes
Links to GitHub, personal profiles, technical documentation and other services take you to sites with their own practices. No booking widget, payment form, login or third-party embed is included in Coopanio’s site code. If the site adds a new data-collection feature, this information needs to be updated to match it.
